Sewer lateral material identified as clay tile, typical of construction era (pre-1980). Joints are vulnerable to root intrusion.

Major Root Intrusion — 22 ft

Heavy root mass observed at 22 feet from cleanout. Estimated 60% cross-sectional blockage. Recommend hydro-jet and root treatment.

Concern Belly — 31 ft

Standing water indicating sag (belly) at 31 feet. Estimated 1-2 inches of depth. Will cause recurring blockages.

Note Municipal Tap — 38 ft

Camera reached municipal tap at 38 feet. Tap appears intact.
